This is Bryan again opening his excavator.

This is Dustie opening up her vacuum. She is very excited.

This is the Christmas tree. The very tip of it was bent because it was hitting the ceiling.

This is the bird nest we found in the tree after we cut it down. It is now sitting on top of the cupboards in the kitchen.

Going to the Cabin for Christmas

This is the cabin in the winter. It is not very easy to get into or out of the cabin with at least 3 feet of snow to climb through!

Brett is brushing the snow off the snow cat. If too much snow collects on the snow cat's roof, it could collapse. Jay says there is about 500 pounds of snow on the roof of the snow cat.

Travis and Jay are getting ready to go down to the parking lot by elkhorn. Jay has to go to church because he is the bishop after all!

Bryan and Cam are have a hard time climbing up the hill after a slide down.

Dustie has a mad face on. She gets frustrated easily when she has to climb through the snow.

This is Dustin trying to snowboard on the sled. It didn't work too well.

It snowed during the night and the snowmobile got stuck in the snow. It wasn't too hard to get out.

Jay's having a good time on the snow cat making a trail for people to ride the snowmobile.

Travis is following Jay and trying out the new snowmobile trail.



Trying to get the tree in the cabin was not the easiest thing. We had four people trying to shove the tree inside.

This is a picture of the kids decorating the gingerbread house. They had a ton of fun. Afterwards, they decorated cookies.

This is Dustin, Ellen, and the kids. They were all doing their own thing.

This is Dustie getting her first present from Santa on Christmas Eve. Santa came to the cabin by mistake because he thought that all of the kids would be asleep. He said that he would give everyone one present, but that the kids would have to go to sleep for the rest of the gifts. Everyone was very excited. Dustie got a book called Ridiculous! which she likes to be read every day.



Bryan got a intercom system that he uses to communicate with Travis. He enjoys his new toy very much.










On Christmas Eve, Dustin took Pictures of the cabin in the dark. It creates a cool effect of the cabin.











This is everyone getting their Santa presents on Christmas day. They all love their new presents.










This is the new excavator that Bryan got from Grandma and Grandpa. Santa had told Grandma and Grandpa to get Bryan an excavator because he wanted to give Bryan a Thomas the Tank Engine Train Set.
